'Purpose-Driven' simulcast coming
___SAN ANTONIO--Four Texas cities have been named sites for a first-of-its-kind "Purpose-Driven Church" videoconference led by Rick Warren.
___Warren, who upon graduation from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1980 moved to California on faith to start Saddleback Church, has become a nationally recognized authority on innovative church ministry.
___An April 24 nationwide simulcast of Warren's "Purpose-Driven Church" seminar will originate from Oak Hills Church of Christ in San Antonio, where Max Lucado is pastor.
___In addition to the San Antonio location from which the conference will originate, the simulcast will be available in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and possibly Lubbock.
