Baptist Briefs ___ Candidates sought. Hispanic Baptist Theological Seminary in San Antonio is now accepting resumes for the school's presidency. Search Committee Chairman Teo Cisneros, pastor of Templo Jerusalem Baptist Church in Victoria, said the search committee has met and is in the process of developing a position profile. Input continues to be sought from various individuals and groups to whom the president relates. Resumes should be sent to Cisneros at 2205 E. Mockingbird, Victoria 77904. Deadline is March 15. Persons sending resumes should assure and indicate that the candidate has been contacted and has agreed for his/her name to be submitted.

LLOYD ATKINSON
| named. Lloyd Atkinson has been named vice president for mission personnel with the Southern Baptist International Mission Board. A former missionary to Chile, Atkinson since 1989 has been director of the board's personnel selection department. He succeeds Thurmon Bryant, who retired.
___ Ira Craft dies. Legendary New England missions supporter Ira Craft died Jan. 21 at age 80 due to congestive heart failure. Craft and his wife, Betty, introduced Cecil Day, founder of the Days Inn hotel chain, to New England missions in the 1960s and then helped launch and administer the Day Foundation to support missions work in New England.
