___ First Church in Fairfield will be the site of the Central Texas Evangelism Rally March 12-13. Hosts for the rally will be Larry and Freida Sinclair. TALLOWOOD CHURCH in Houston has received the "Friend of Children" award from Boys and Girls Country in Hockley. Accepting the award from Doug Church, the residential home's board chairman, are members Martha Wiebe and Dorothy Klotz and Larry Bertrand, associate pastor of family life. The home is for children 5-18 whose families are in crisis. The award is given to the church contributing the most time, volunteers and financial support to the privately funded home.
