Help us speed delivery of your paper
___Do you ever face a vexing problem that just won't go away? We know how you feel. Every week, we encounter difficulties with the delivery of the Baptist Standard--difficulties that are way beyond our control.
___Your paper goes to the post office the same day each week. All our papers are mailed in time for them to be delivered in Texas by Saturday at the very latest, according to the Postal Service's own guidelines. But many of you experience erratic delivery.
___If your paper doesn't arrive by Saturday, you can help us out:
___* First, contact your postal carrier and local postmaster. Tell them you understand the Standard meets regulations that require delivery by Saturday, at the latest.
___* Complete and return a Postal Service complaint card on which you can document repeated late or irregular delivery.
___* If problems persist, write the Standard's business manager, Gary Phillips, at P.O. Box 660267, Dallas 75266. Provide documentation of late/irregular delivery and the steps you have taken. We will provide this information to our contacts in Dallas.
___* Log on to the Standard's upgraded website, www.baptiststandard.com. It's free. And fast.
