___bluebull Worley and Dilday to headline leadership conference. Registration is now open for the 1999 Texas Leadership Conference, sponsored by Woman's Missionary Union of Texas July 22-24 at Baylor University. Author, musician and worship leader Karla Worley of Franklin, Tenn., will provide theme interpretations. Baptist General Convention of Texas President Russell Dilday is the Bible study leader. Featured missionaries include Sandy Wisdom-Martin of Arkansas, Betty Lynn Cadle of Minnesota, Ana Marie Houser of Africa; and Karen and Frank Morrow. ___bluebull More Texans to Albania. Seven Texas Baptist volunteers left Dallas May 23, bound for Tirana, Albania, to help the evangelical churches there prepare a refugee ministry center. The Texas Baptist Men team will spend about two weeks remodeling an old tractor factory in Albania's capital city. They will convert the building into a ministry facility serving refugees who continue to flee the conflict in Kosovo. Kevin Walker of Southcliff Baptist Church in Fort Worth is the team leader. Other volunteers are David Usrey and Charles Jennings from First Baptist Church of Dallas; Gus Green from First Baptist Church of Whitesboro; Larry Burks from First Baptist Church of Plano; Bujar Yari Mema of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; and Joshua Bullock of First Baptist Church in Godley.
