NAMB names
missionaries with ties to Texas
___The North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention appointed two women to serve through the US/C-2 program in Texas. The US/C-2 program allows college graduates under the age of 30 to serve for two years in North American missions.

Kristie McGregor of Azusa, Calif., serves in the area of church and community ministries with the Baptist centers in Houston. She is a gradate of California Baptist University. She served in Houston as a summer/semester missionary from 1996 to 1997.

Julie Germain is a native of Stafford, Va., and works in church planting in Odessa, primarily in weekday ministries. She is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Blacksburg, Va.
___The board also appointed two Texas natives for service.

Tricia Lovejoy of Texas City serves with her husband, Shawn, in Cumming, Ga., where they are church planters.

Courtney Johnson of College Station serves as a church and community US/C-2 missionary in New York City. A recent graduate of Texas A&M University, she works in a Baptist center in the city
