___By Ken Camp ___Texas Baptist Communications ___Seven Texas Acteens have been selected to serve on the 2000-2001 Texas Acteens Advisory Panel. ___The advisory panel includes five 12th graders--Amy Byers from First Baptist Church of Holliday, B. Chapman from First Baptist Church of Amarillo, Robin Crouch from Baptist Temple Church of San Antonio, Danielle King from First Baptist Church of Woodway in Waco and Sally Maria Ruiz from Tallowood Baptist Church of Houston. ___Other panelists are Heather Weaver, a junior from First Baptist Church of Godley, and Megan Pringle, a sophomore from Wood Chapel Baptist Church of Arlington. ___"These Acteens were selected to represent Texas Acteens because of their investment in ministry, missions awareness and servant leadership," said Nancy Hamilton, who has served as Acteens consultant for Woman's Missionary Union of Texas. ___Panelists will give leadership in a variety of ways throughout their year of service.
