___bluebull Bill Ingram, Jan. 31, as minister of music and administration at First Church in Baytown, where he has served for 26 years. He has been in the ministry for more than 37 years. Prior places of service include Friendship Church in Gladewater, First Church in

Van, Rose Hill Church in Texarkana, Golden Acres in Pasadena, East Grand Church in Dallas and First Church of Oak Cliff in Dallas. He also has served on the executive boardof the Baptist General Convention of Texas, as a member of the Singing Men of Southeast Texas and has worked with San Jacinto Association as building committee chairperson, moderator and associational music minister. Ingram has written and arranged more than 500 pieces of music for choirs, handbell and handchime groups and orchestra. ___bluebull Lancaster Park Church in Lancaster held a youth choir reunion Dec. 29. Former music minister Larry Sinclair rehearsed the 1960s-era youth choir and led them in a performance. Thirty-three people sang in the reunion choir.

___Deaths
___bluebull Clifford Nelson, 86, Nov. 25 in Brownwood. Nelson served as director of missions in Texas for 25 years. He served District 16 from 1953 to 1964, and in 1964 he became director of missions for Heart of Texas Baptist Area, where he served until his retirement in 1977. He also served as pastor of Okra, Scranton, Pioneer and Olden churches in Cisco Association, and First Church in El Dorado before he became director of missions. He was pastor of Mercury Church in Rochelle and Rolling Acres Church in Bangs following his retirement. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Pearl; daughters, Sylvia Phillips, Linda Daniel and Carol Myers; son, Wynn; and six grandchildren.
