___ Acting workshops offered. Houston Baptist University and the AD Players will collaborate to offer two acting and improvisation workshops for adults. ___ Restorative justice event planned. The eighth annual Restorative Justice Ministry Convention is slated for the Austin Marriott at the Capitol May 4-5. ___ Hispanic immersion offered. Members of Texas Baptist churches will receive full tuition scholarships for one- and two-week Hispanic "immersion courses" this year at the Center for Cultural and Language Studies at Hispanic Baptist Theological School in San Antonio. The courses help participants learn about Hispanic culture and the Spanish language. Deadline to register is May 7 for the June 4-15 course; June 11 for the July 9-20 session; and Sept. 4 for the Oct. 8-12 session. Each class is limited to 15 people.
