ERLC joins court campaign
___WASHINGTON (BP)--The Southern Baptist Convention's Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission has joined a political campaign to get more "pro-life" justices appointed to the United State Supreme Court.
___The SBC is among two dozen participants in a campaign called "Shake the Nation--Back to Life" that was unveiled Sept. 4.
___The ERLC "is pleased to be a part of this growing coalition of concerned Christians who are determined to restore full legal protections for the tiniest and most vulnerable humans among us--our unborn babies," said ERLC President Richard Land.
