Assistant Director for Church Placement—Baylor University seeks an outstanding professional to become an Assistant Director for Church Placement reporting to the Office. Position Description: • This position specifically supports the mission of the university by assisting Truett students and alumni in their pursuit of careers in ministry and by offering opportunities for continuing education. This position also provides key services to congregations seeking counsel in matters related to the employment of ministers. Qualifications: A master’s degree in theology or a related field, five years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. The preferred candidate will be a Baptist, possess a doctoral degree, and have eight years of relevant work experience.
