Howard Payne University’s Delta Upsilon chapter of the national Tau Beta Sigma sorority received the Grace and A. Frank Martin Outstanding Chapter Award, marking it as the top chapter in the nation.
Buckner Children and Family Services will present a free foster-care and adoption information meeting Sept. 17 at 6:30 p.m. at 5200 Buckner Blvd. in Dallas in the Calabria Building. Participants will receive an overview of foster care and adoption options in Texas, including foster-to-adopt, Waiting Texas Children, and domestic infant adoption and international adoption programs.
