CBF launches task force on clergy sexual misconduct

The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship governing board approved a task force on clergy sexual misconduct June 21 in a meeting prior to the CBF General Assembly in Greensboro, N.C. (BNG)

The task force—formed in memory of Diana Garland, founding dean of the Baylor School of Social Work that now bears her name—will focus on prevention of clergy sexual misconduct, creating and distributing misconduct policies, education and after-care for survivors of clergy sexual misconduct.
