Fired Baylor athletics employee sues Pepper Hamilton firm

Tom Hill, a former Baylor University athletics employee who was fired amid the school’s sexual assault scandal, has sued the law firm that investigated the university’s response to sexual assault allegations. In a lawsuit filed Dec. 13 in McLennan County District Court, the former Baylor associate athletic director accuses Pepper Hamilton and the two partners in the Philadelphia law firm of negligence and defamation.
