God & marriage

"Therefore shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave unto his wife, and they shall be one flesh" (Genesis 2:24).

God instituted marriage and family. One man; one woman.

Romans 1:18-32 gives the reality of what is taking place in our nation today. Verse 18 says: "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness."

Those who are ungodly hold and repress truth. Those who profess themselves to be wise, they become fools, says verse 22.

Verse 25 adds: "Who changed the truth of God into the lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the creator, who is blessed for ever."

God gives the rules for life, not man. The deceived in this nation need to repent, turn to God for his kind of life.

We need to turn America back to its rightful owner, God himself.

God's people need to sound the alarm and pray for the removal of the darkness that is covering our nation. We need the covering of almighty God and his Son, Jesus.

Biden & Catholics

Texas Baptist Forum"The Catechism of the Catholic Church," issued under Pope John Paul II in 1992, declares, "The vocation of marriage is written in the very nature of man and woman as they came from the hand of the Creator."

It also lists as aberrations from marriage polygamy, incest, sexual abuse of children, cohabitation and trial marriage. Two decades ago, the Roman Catholic Church sensed no need to address the subject of gay/lesbian "marriage."

To conclude the Roman Catholic Church would today endorse or approve of such "marriage" is unthinkable.

The public endorsement of such by Vice President Joe Biden, a practicing Roman Catholic, poses a serious question: Can the Roman Catholic Church, while calling "religious women"—nuns—to accountability at the Vatican and after reeling from recurring clerical abuse of children in the Western world, retain the vice president in full communion without thereby indicating its discipline has been abandoned?
