Fast-paced life in Philly

Since the team and I have been in Philadelphia, we have seen God do amazing things.

We have been learning about the mass transit system and are getting used to the many, many, many people who are all around.  God has taught us how to handle circumstances that may arise in the group, as well how to handle battles within ourselves. Even in the darkness, God’s light is shining through brighter than ever.

So far, the hardest thing about being in the city is the pace. God is definitely training us how to adjust and learn that fast is a good thing. At the beginning of the trip we were located in a county outside of the city to kind of get us used to the pace slowly. Three days later, we moved to the city. It has been an adjustment but a great one.

We are all still adjusting, but God is in control. And God is in every way assuring us with peace and hope.
