God is so faithful. There is a girl I recently met here in Bangkok whom I absolutely love. She really relates to us well, and she's just precious.
But there was just something about her, and I knew that in some way, we specifically needed to share Christ with this girl.

I met her through two of my teammates. I asked them if they knew where she was spiritually and if they have had a chance to share with her. One of them said she didn't think the girl was interested. They had spoken about Christ in their lives and mentioned him in their conversations a few times, and she seemed to avoid the subject.
I was devastated, but we were supposed to be hanging out with her that Friday. I started praying like crazy.
On Friday, we went to eat and then returned to our hotel. There was not really an opportunity to share with her, and anytime that I tried to steer our conversation that way, it just would not take the right turns.
Finally, just as she was preparing to leave, she asked us what we were going to do after she left. I told her we would probably take showers, and she replied, "What about after that?"
I was a little puzzled that she persisted in asking. I mean, what do you normally do when you prepare for bed? But I told her my teammate and I would probably read the Bible and share with each other what we read.
She sat there for a few seconds, picked up one of the Bibles, flipped through it nonchalantly and then said, "I used to read the Bible." Her friend had given her a Bible, and she read through it, but when school started, she said she didn't have time. That was about four months ago.

I asked, "Do you have more free time now?"
When she said she did, I asked her if she wanted to study it together, and she said she would.
I have such a love for this girl. She has a special place in my heart, and I know God put it there. He wouldn't put it there if he weren't planning something greatGod is so faithful.
