S3 E4: ‘Reducing homelessness should be a goal for everybody’ with Jesse Loper

Jesse Loper is an experienced community economic development attorney and real estate agent in Denver, Colo.

Right out of college, Jesse realized his passion for finding creative community solutions at Rauschenbusch Metro Ministries while providing services to the diverse Hell’s Kitchen community in New York City.

Following this passion for service, he currently teaches in the Community Economic Development Clinic at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he helps students learn how to advise nonprofits and for-profit businesses while emphasizing client-centered representation and cross-cultural awareness.

Jesse also enjoys helping people navigate the real estate market in Denver as an experienced real estate agent. Before teaching and working as a real estate agent, Jesse worked as an attorney at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Jesse was born and raised in Oklahoma City and is married to the love of his life, Thaala Loper.
